To build a professional website for a copy and print shop that clearly presents printing, copying, and binding services, while strengthening trust in an offline store-based business and improving inquiry and order conversion.
Project Overview:
This project involved designing and developing a website for a copy center specializing in printing, copying, and binding services. Rather than functioning as a simple store introduction page, the site was structured to present service information in a clear and trustworthy way while naturally guiding visitors toward inquiries and orders.
Project Objective:
The main objective was to help visitors quickly understand the shop’s core printing services, including copying, binding, flyers, and related solutions, then smoothly move toward inquiry or order placement. A key part of the project was building a digital foundation that supports both service clarity and offline business credibility.
Planning Highlights:
Because print shops often offer a wide range of services, the information can easily become overwhelming if not properly organized. This project focused on simplifying the information structure so the service lineup would feel easy to browse rather than complex. At the same time, a blog-ready content structure was included to support long-term search visibility and improve informational reach through SEO-driven content.
Key Screen Structure:
The website was built around a main visual section, key printing service introductions, pricing and solution guidance, and a blog content area. Each section was arranged to help visitors understand the core offering quickly, while also creating a smooth path toward order-related inquiries. The responsive layout was also refined so that the inquiry flow remains natural on mobile devices.
Design & Development:
The design was developed with a clean and approachable layout that reflects both the practicality and trustworthiness of a professional print shop. Built on WordPress with a fully responsive structure, the site was designed to provide a stable and consistent user experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.
Project Significance:
This project goes beyond a simple print shop introduction page. It serves as a practical business website that organizes the strengths, accessibility, and service competitiveness of an offline printing store into a digital experience that supports real customer inquiries and orders.
